Erik Richard, Chief Executive Officer
Erik Richard, as the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the execution of Landmark’s deliverables, management of strategic client relationships and sales initiatives as well as seeking acquisition opportunities. Erik is also instrumental in product innovation as well as development and growth of the company’s alternative valuations division. Most recently Erik was named to the board for the newly formed National Appraisal Congress, a collection of experts from within the real estate appraisal industry formed by the Five Star Institute in response to a developing need for thoughtful leadership within the industry. Prior to founding Landmark in 2007, Mr. Richard accumulated over 10 years of industry experience within the lender-services and real estate valuation sectors and most recently served as CFO for a national financial banking entity.
Hunter Gorog, Partner & Board Member
Hunter Gorog, served as the President and Chief Operating Officer from 2010 thru 2017, and was responsible for business strategy and development, corporate planning, branch initiation and technology integration. Hunter joined Landmark in 2010 and served as a full-time consultant and the company’s managing director until 2012, when he was officially promoted to President & COO. As a Partner and Board Member Hunter continues to advise and support the Landmark mission. Prior to joining the company, Hunter was a Business Strategy Consultant for both IBM Business Consulting Services and Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Gorog graduated Cum Laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Lou Franzini, Chief Financial Officer
Lou Franzini, as the Chief Financial Officer, assists in day to day financial operations and corporate fiscal management. Prior to joining Landmark in 2008 Lou led a branch of Senior’s Reverse Mortgage, located in Studio City, CA and was also a partner in Reverse Mortgage Appraisers (RMA), an online Appraiser directory and search tool. Lou has accumulated over 45 years of experience within the real estate industry and is a licensed commercial broker.
Rob Scheer, Chief Strategy Officer
Rob Scheer is a mortgage industry veteran with 27 years of experience. Prior to joining Landmark, he spent four years as the senior vice president in charge of a national AMC. Scheer started his career in the industry as a loan originator and has had positions as an underwriter and processor. This experience has given him a strong foundation as he evolved in his career and became a Sr VP of Operations for several lenders. Scheer has an intimate knowledge of how the mortgage process works and how to manage people in those positions. In addition to his mortgage expertise, Scheer founded a non-profit charity that provides tote bags of hygiene and comfort items (teddy bears, blankets, etc.) to foster kids called Comfort Cases.
John Dingeman, Chief Appraiser
John Dingeman, is a California, New Mexico, Nevada and Arizona Certified Residential Appraiser and registered Property Tax Agent (Arizona Only). As Chief, John relies heavily on his years of experience in the valuation space and is responsible for oversight of all quality control review, underwriting support, and appeal/reconsideration processes at Landmark Network, Inc. He currently serves as President of the National Association of Appraisers and as the Past-President for the Coalition of Arizona Appraisers (CoAA). He has extensive experience in the appraisal of single family dwellings, small income producing properties, and vacant land; and as an FHA appraiser, he specializes in HUD/REO properties. He additionally serves or has served in the community as Board Member to the Arizona Office of Manufactured Housing, Past-President of his homeowner's association, village planning committee, stakeholder committee for a freeway project, and Past-President of a charitable organization called Arizona Helping Hands. Dingeman has assisted in the development of continuing education course materials approved by Arizona and California and has instructed appraisal, assessor, mortgage loan origination, and real estate sales classes for continuing education.
